PAYMENT
We accept payment via Paypal, which is an easy and secure way to shop online. Your order information is completed securely through Paypal so you can be assured of a safe shopping experience with Paripassi. You do not need a Paypal account to buy through Paypal. When you click the “pay now” button, you will see an option to pay with your credit or debit card without signing up to Paypal.
We also accept payment by bank transfer. Details will be provided at checkout.
ORDERS
Orders will be processed within 3-4 working days once payment has been received. You will be sent an email notification to confirm your order and when your order has shipped. If the item(s) you have selected are out of stock we will inform you by email and either provide you with an expected delivery date or refund you.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All items are sent by recorded delivery from Italy.
If you would like insurance, or want your item(s) sooner and would prefer to use a courier please contact us by email for details and prices before placing your order online.
Shipping charges vary according to your order, and will be shown at the checkout phase. International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

RETURNS POLICY
Our products are designed and handmade with great care and we want you to be happy with them. If for any reason you are not you may cancel your contract to purchase within 7 days after receipt of the item by sending us an email to confirm your decision. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the item once it has been received. Note that any refunds issued on the item(s) you return will not include the original shipping charges, which are non-refundable. Please also note you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or damaged goods. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Returns must be packed well to prevent damage, and we advise insuring them for the full price of the item(s) and obtaining proof of posting.
